Compassion Fatigue and Self-Care

Omaha, NE United States Description:What is Compassion Fatigue? Who does it affect? Why should you care? How do you deal with it? This workshop will answer these questions and build skills in the participant to identify, consider, and manage symptoms of compassion fatigue. Participants learn in an experiential environment that provides opportunity for reflection and analysis on their own symptoms of compassion fatigue through use of self-assessments and group discussion.
