Secondary Trauma, Self Care, and the Holidays

December 6, 2018 @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

$75

For many of the victims we work with, the holidays can be a difficult time. While self-care
is always important, it is particularly so during the winter holidays if your caseload has a high
percentage of trauma survivors. Join the Nebraska Victim Assistance Academy (NEVAA) to
learn more about vulnerability to secondary trauma and how to take care of yourself over the
next few months.

Self-care giveaways available at the event.
